🛒 Ordering

Q: How do I place an order? Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and checkout. You can pay online or choose Cash on Delivery (COD).

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take? We deliver across Pakistan in 3–5 working days. Rawalpindi and Islamabad orders usually arrive in 1–2 days.

Q: How much is shipping? Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 2,000. A flat fee of Rs. 150 applies on smaller orders.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery? Yes, COD is available across Pakistan.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q: What if I receive a damaged item? Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you immediately.

Q: Can I return a product I don't like? Yes, within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging.
